PRO UltraFLEX Biodegradable Nitrile Gloves (Bluple) offer the same comfort, stretch and flexibility as standard UltraFLEX nitrile gloves, as well as being food-safe, but with a significantly lower environmental impact.
Developed with a unique organic additive, these gloves break down more quickly in active landfill conditions, achieving 21% biodegradation in 41 days and up to 90% biodegradation in 490 days (ASTM D5526 & ASTM D5511), without compromising performance during use.
The soft, powder-free nitrile provides a comfortable, second-skin feel ideal for longer tasks, while textured fingertips ensure reliable grip when handling equipment, liquids or food. The beaded cuff offers added strength when donning and helps reduce liquid roll-back during use. Free from latex proteins and manufactured with no detectable accelerants, these gloves are suitable for users with latex sensitivities or those who prefer low-accelerant gloves.
PRO UltraFLEX Biodegradable Nitrile Gloves are a distinctive blue-purple colour (Bluple), which allows easy visibility and supports workplace colour-coding systems, making this environmentally-friendly disposable glove a popular choice in healthcare, dentistry, laboratories, food handling, nurseries, hygiene teams and any environment where frequent glove changes raise environmental concerns.
Designed for routine tasks that require dexterity and comfort, these gloves are EN1186 food-safe, meet PPE Category I requirements (EU 2016/425) and comply with EN 420. Their eco-friendly degradation process produces only biogas and water, making them a smarter choice for organisations aiming to reduce waste impact without sacrificing glove performance.
Each dispenser box contains 100 gloves by weight, with 10 dispenser boxes per case.
