Collecting Your Order from Hygiene Depot

If you’d prefer to collect your order, you can select the ‘Collection’ option at checkout.

Once your order has been picked and is ready to go, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s available for collection.

When you arrive, just head to the trade counter and ring the bell – a member of our team will bring your order out to you.

⏰ Opening Hours for Collection

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

• Closed on weekends and bank holidays

Please don’t arrive before you’ve had your ‘Ready for Collection’ email – we’ll need time to pick and pack your items.
