Ordering Options

Online

You can order online at any time. Please log on to our website.

If you have not already registered, to order and login to your account, you will first need to create an account by registering your details: address, postcode, telephone number and email address and creating a password of at least 8 characters. Once you have done this you can access your account with your email address together with your chosen password.

Opening hours

You can also order by telephone and email. Our office staff are available Monday to Thursday 8:45am – 5pm and Friday 8:45am – 4pm to advise you with any queries you may have or to place your orders.

Purchase Order Numbers

If your organisation requires a purchase order number to be quoted on each order invoice, please let us know.

Changes to your Order

If you need to make a change to your order, please call the office immediately 0117 9461960 and we will see if we can amend your order. Once the warehouse has picked your order, we are unable to make any changes.

Samples

We offer free samples on certain products for you to try. Please let us know what you are interested in by contacting the sales department by telephone, email or chat.

Communication, Privacy & Marketing

Emails

We send order acknowledgments, invoices and statements by email. If your email has changed please contact us. Please quote your account number within the subject line of any email.

We also send marketing emails and offers to the email address you used to register on our website. You can manage your marketing preferences or unsubscribe by following the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

SMS

We send marketing text messages with offers, review requests or product information that we believe is relevant to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from this service, please reply STOP or contact us directly.

Prices

You are able to view all prices for the entire product range on the website. There is also the facility to download your own personalised price list of all goods that you have purchased, together with any that you have added to your list of favourites.

We also offer discounted prices when buying in bulk (half and full pallet quantities) and free on loan dispensers for large quantities, contact us.

Payments

Credit, Debit Card & PayPal

The simplest way to pay is by credit/debit card or PayPal through the website. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please call the office to place the order and we can send you the details. No orders will be despatched until full payment has been received.

Credit facility

In order to use a credit facility, where you order your goods and pay upon receipt of invoice, you will need to apply in the first instance for this facility by contacting our office. Credit facilities are only offered to businesses where they have a satisfactory credit score and are subject to approval by our accounts team.

Once your credit facility has been agreed you will receive confirmation of your credit account facility together with your credit limit and payment terms. If your application is unsuccessful we will contact you directly to advise. In this instance you can still pay for your orders by card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Credit account customers will receive an invoice for purchased goods that includes the due dates of when payment is required. We also send a statement at the beginning of each month. If payment is not received by the due date, then your account will be flagged to the accounts department and there may be a delay in processing your order until the account is settled.

We prefer payment to be made by BACS transfer. Our bank details are shown on our invoices and statements. We do also accept payments by card over the phone. Always quote your account number in any communications or BACS transfers.

Please note our payment experiences are shared with Creditsafe and as such late payments may affect your credit score.
