Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to regulation changes as a result of Brexit. We hope to resume this service as soon as possible. Please call us if you have any questions.
Your delivery cost is shown in the 'mini-basket' on the top right of every page once you have signed in or registered (the price is postcode dependent) and on the checkout page to help you see how much delivery will cost.
Please be aware that our courier will only deliver to the outside of your property on the ground floor. Drivers are not insured to carry goods up stairs and Covid restrictions prevent them from entering any properties.

Returns & Refunds
If your goods are damaged on delivery, you must sign for them "Damaged" so that we can claim from the carrier and issue you with a replacement.
Any claims for shortages must be made within 7 days.
Please contact us on 0117 946 1960 and make us aware of any damages or shortages as soon as possible. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery for business and 30 days for personal customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund, providing they are in good saleable condition.
