Something has changed in the fibre of these hand towels, before they were soft and absorbant on all the Poppies 8-Fold Napkin, now they have changed consistency wise in this large batch I have ordered, they feel cheap and hard! What has happened why have you changed it. I am very disappointed, this is not what we need hard cheap hand towels in a 7 star environment. Therefore, I then passed your query onto our purchasing department and they have assured me that the manuufacturer has not changed anything and that they have not received any other feedback highlighting any issues. If you open any of your Luxury Airlaid White 8-Fold Napkin / Hand Towel, 500 you will see they are creased! No need to put a photo in...as every single packet within the box the towels are creased!! Please check your stock for yourself.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have taken a look at our remaining stock and have found some that do have the slight crease that you mention. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and the delivery, sometimes some paper towels may have some creases in them and repackaging them would not avoid this. We do stock similar towels that you may want to try, but the quality of these towels is the best. We can send you samples if this will help find the best solution for you?
