These black sacks are of a very good quality and they are very robust, too.

Not heavy duty bags, keep splitting when I put cat litter in, not happy having to clean the mess up. Will go back to my supermarket heavy duty bags.

Hi Lisa, Hope this finds you well. I am sorry to read that you didn’t find our Prem Black Sacks fit for purpose. These are a very popular bag (we sell approx. 7,000 cases a year) and to be fair, pretty strong. It seems from what you wrote that you may have received a faulty case where the sealing machine has not sealed the bottom of the cases correctly causing the issue you have had. I have arranged for another case of sacks to be sent to you FOC as well as an extra case of a slightly stronger bag - our Prem+ sack – to try. I hope this will give you the confidence to order from us again. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you need anymore info. Best Wishes Ed
