A plastic dispenser that will prevent pilferage by securing the rolls inside a lockable unit. Holds 2 rolls, each containing 900 sheets - about 3 times the length of an average toilet roll, so a case of 36 equates to around 108 ordinary rolls. The rolls have no core, and are pressed onto a spike in the dispenser. This keeps the system compact. One roll is used at a time, so a spare is always available. These rolls will also fit into Lotus compact dispensers.
